Republic Tower is a LEED Platinum rated Grade-A IT/ITes SEZ Office Building in Sector 136, Noida, which is intended to innovate modern workspace architecture. The development is situated on a total plot area of 3,150 sq.m. While the overall built-up area of the tower is 9,179 sq.m, it has a 2 Basement + Ground + 6 floors design, with an average size of each floor plate of 1,311 sq.m. The building will offer 72 car parking spaces. The building will have a total of 3 high-speed lifts to maximize vertical circulation.
